Two routes, your choice. One works entirely without signing in.

From the app or site
Sign in and open Settings → Privacy Centre (on the website: foundwall.com/settings/privacy). Choose Deletion, confirm, and the request is filed against your account.

By email — no sign-in needed
Email support@foundwall.com with the subject “Account deletion request” from the email address your account is registered under. That address is how we verify the request is yours.

What happens next
Deletion is a reviewed request, not an instant wipe: we verify it, then remove your account, your notices, your photos, and your conversations from public and private view.
- Some records may be retained for a limited period where the law requires it — for example fraud prevention, security auditing, active legal holds, and backups that cycle out on a schedule.
- Messages you sent to other people may remain visible to them in their own conversation history, attributed to a deleted account.
